Role Overview
The Human Resources Analyst serves as the primary point of contact for HR systems support and data analytics within the region. This role ensures the accuracy and integrity of HR data, facilitates system updates and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and supports position management and workforce planning processes. Working under supervision, the analyst contributes to data-driven decision-making by maintaining reliable HR information and enabling efficient workflows within the core HRIS.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the integrity of the core HRIS through regular audits, release update testing (UAT), and resolution of routine system issues.
- Conduct data quality checks and clean-up activities to ensure accurate position and employee records.
- Respond to routine HRIS-related inquiries, escalating complex issues appropriately.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate system release updates, ensuring readiness and alignment with business needs and changing technological landscape.
- Collect and prepare data for departmental reports, management reviews, and other analytical outputs, with guidance.
- Perform bulk data imports and updates to support HR operations.
- Ensure alignment with workforce planning and people budget processes, maintaining compliance and data consistency.
- Administer HRIS workflows and alerts, ensuring timely and accurate processing of HR transactions.
- Collaborate closely with HR Applications and other stakeholders to support system enhancements and process improvements.
