• Monitor and adjust process parameters to maintain safe and optimal conditions, ensuring smooth and stable operations.
• Prepares equipment for maintenance.
• Enters data accurately and promptly into the shift logsheet, logbook and Control Room system (e.g. SIC).
• Perform thorough and timely plant rounds to identify issues with plant/equipment and ensure safe, and stable operations.
• Raise maintenance job request in system as applicable.
• Detect and report process deviations promptly, using A3 investigation for process problems.
• Participates in incident investigations.
• Utilizes IT systems for reporting and data gathering.
• Follows & Perform all normal and emergency start-up and shutdown tasks strictly according to the approved SOP to ensure safe, stable, and error-free operations.
• Ensures all shift handover requirements are well detailed, easy to understand and ensure continuity of plant/process performance is maintained.
• Operates plant/equipment without guidance (e.g. field, localized DCS).
• Collects and delivers in process samples for laboratory analysis.
• Participate and assist team members with tasks. 

• Basic knowledge of plant operations, manufacturing processes, technical safety, and standard operating procedures.
• Strong commitment to Health, Safety, Environment, and Sustainability (SHE).
• Good communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and planning skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a shift-based operational environment.
