About the Role

Are you an HR professional who thrives on partnering with leaders, driving meaningful change, and helping people perform at their best?

At Tronox, we're looking for a passionate and commercially minded Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at the Kwinana Pigment Plant, just 35 minutes south of Perth.

This isn't a traditional HR role. It's an opportunity to be a strategic advisor, trusted coach, and key driver of our people agenda. You'll work alongside operational leaders to influence decision making, build workforce capability, lead change initiatives and help create an environment where people and performance thrive.

If you're energised by solving complex challenges, building strong relationships and making a genuine difference to both people and business outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • As a valued member of our HR team, you'll:
  • Partner with leaders to deliver strategic and operational people solutions across the employee lifecycle.
  • Influence people and culture initiatives that strengthen capability, drive engagement and support business success.
  • Provide trusted advice on employee relations, industrial relations, performance, remuneration and complex workplace matters.
  • Coach leaders to build confident, capable and high performing teams.
  • Support workforce planning, talent development, succession planning and recruitment strategies.
  • Lead and contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives that create lasting impact.
  • Champion positive employee experiences and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and respect.
  • Partner with stakeholders to successfully navigate organisational change and deliver positive outcomes.

About You

You're a relationship builder, problem solver and trusted advisor who enjoys working closely with leaders to achieve results.

You bring a balance of people focus and commercial thinking, coupled with the ability to confidently influence decisions and drive positive change.

You'll also have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years experience in a HR Generalist or Human Resources Business Partner role.
  • Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice.
  • Experience managing employee relations matters, performance management and workplace investigations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • A proactive, solutions focused mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong systems capability and proficiency across HR technologies and Microsoft Office applications.

Why Tronox?
