About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team on a 15-month parental leave contract. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be part of a collaborative HR team supporting Tronox operations across Australind, Kemerton, Bunbury and Busselton.
This is a diverse generalist HR role where you will provide professional advice and practical, policy-based support across the employee lifecycle. You will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, support the delivery of HR training programs, and partner with HR Business Partners on employee relations matters including performance management, disciplinary processes and grievance resolution. The role also plays a key part in maintaining accurate HR records and data integrity across systems, while contributing to employee experience initiatives and broader HR projects.
This opportunity is ideal for a proactive HR professional who enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships, delivering high-quality HR support, and helping create a positive, compliant and engaging workplace culture.
About You
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline
- Practical work experience in a HR Advisor role
- An understanding of applicable Australian employment laws
- Exceptional interpersonal skills enabling successful relationship building
- Strong attention to detail, effectively managing time, planning, and evaluating tasks
- Ability to take initiative and resolve pending issues
- High level of computer literacy, data management and systems oriented
