About the Role
We're seeking a SHEQ Systems & Document Control Administrator to support our South West Operations, based in Bunbury. Reporting to the SHEQ Coordinator, this role provides administrative, systems and document control support to the SHEQ team, ensuring the effective management of SHEQ documentation, records, reporting and systems.
You'll work closely with SHEQ team members and site stakeholders to maintain document control processes and provide planning and scheduling support across daily, weekly and monthly work plans. The role is responsible for ensuring SHEQ systems are maintained and operating effectively, while also supporting the development of administrative capability within the team through knowledge sharing and consistent work practices.
A key focus of the role is maintaining accurate and audit-ready SHEQ documentation and records in line with ISO 9001 requirements. You'll utilise our SHEQ databases to extract and present data that supports business reporting by preparing materials for internal stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, system integrity and continuous improvement will underpin success in this role.
About You
- Previous experience in an administration, document control, SHEQ or systems support role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience maintaining accurate records and controlled documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
- Highly advantageous: Previous experience working within ISO 9001 quality management system requirements and document control standards.
