About the Role

We are seeking expressions of interest for the role of Vendor Master Administrator. Reporting to the Procurement Manager, this position is responsible for maintaining accurate vendor, pricing, material, and documentation records within COUPA while supporting efficient procurement and supply chain operations. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between the business and vendors, managing enquiries related to pricing discrepancies, delivery performance, quality issues, technical queries, and system access. 

 

Responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date vendor information and supporting documentation, assisting vendors with COUPA navigation and troubleshooting, monitoring vendor performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and record-keeping requirements. The role also works closely with internal stakeholders to resolve procurement-related issues, address quality non-conformances, and support the timely and cost-effective supply of materials and services. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build effective working relationships are essential for success in this role.

 

About You

To be successful in this role you must have:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or a related role.
  • Proven experience with COUPA, SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
